Cape Coral pressure washing guide
Privacy on the Cape Coral pressure washing guide
Effective September 27, 2026. This page covers what happens to the details you send through this site, who gets them, and how to have them removed.
What the quote form collects
The form asks for four things: your first name, the phone number you want the callback on, your area from the list, and a description of the job. Two technical fields travel with them. One is a hidden box a person never sees; when something fills it in, the send is treated as spam. The other notes when the page was opened, and a send that arrives within 3 seconds of that is refused as automated.
The server also sees the IP address each request comes from. It uses that address to cap repeated sends at six per ten minutes, and the web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, page, browser and time) for about two weeks.
Calls
Where this site shows a phone number, an automated assistant picks up calls to it and asks about the wash. Those calls may be recorded and are transcribed; the transcript, with the job details it picks out, is saved as your request. Florida law requires everyone on a call to consent before it is recorded, so the assistant announces at the start of each call that it may be recorded.
Who receives your details
A request is shared with the independent local contractor who answers it, so they can get back to you about the wash. A call to a number shown here is carried and answered by outside services working for us. What you send is used to answer your request and to keep a record of the referral, not for advertising.
How long records are kept
A wash request, and any recording or transcript of a call about it, stays on file for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the referral. It is removed sooner when you ask.
Deleting your details
Type “Delete my details” and the phone number you used into the Surfaces and stains box of the quote form and send it. When this site shows a phone number, you can also call it and ask. Either way, the request and any call record held for that number are deleted.
No tracking
This site runs no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party scripts or tracking cookies, and its fonts and scripts are served from the site itself. Links to City, county, state and federal sources leave this site for pages with their own privacy practices.
